11 Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
Although all types of feedback are welcome, please realize that in this verse, the apostle Paul is emphasizing the need for encouragement. Building each other up, not tearing each other down. Recognizing when others need encouragement and choosing to be supportive in our words are both valuable Christian skills.
